Meet Adam

Adam qualified from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2006 and practiced in Kent and Surrey including teaching at the ESO before moving to Yorkshire in 2009.
He treats all age groups (including babies and children) and uses a variety of techniques including Structural, Craniosacral and Visceral as well as prescribing exercises, stretches and offering postural advice.
 
While backs and necks are usual complaints Adam also treats a lot of headaches, aches and pains, general backache, uncomplicated neck pain, digestive problems and minor sports injuries as well as various other conditions.
 
Outside of practice, he enjoys cooking and martial arts in the hope that they balance each other out in the long run. 

Adam is registered with the General Osteopathic Council GOsC and the Institute of Osteopathy
