Meet Adam
Registered Osteopath BSc (Hons) Ost
Adam qualified from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2006 and practiced in Kent and Surrey including teaching at the ESO before moving to Yorkshire in 2009.
He treats all age groups (including babies and children) and uses a variety of techniques including Structural, Craniosacral and Visceral as well as prescribing exercises, stretches and offering postural advice.
